Importing Specific Files?
« on: February 13, 2002, 09:15:53 pm »

Hi, I was wondering if there was any way to import specific audio files into MJ's library? I've tried the import function in MJ but from what I can see it doesn't allow you to import from anything more specific than a whole file directory. Is there any way I can import a few MP3's for instance that are in a directory without having to import all the MP3's in the directory? By the way, I'm using MJ8, although I think I remember this being the same in MJ7.

Hi,

I think you can use windows explorer, right click on the file(s) you want to import and
select MediaJukebox/import from the menu, provided that you enabled Mediajukebox shell integration.
I' m quite far from any working copy of MJ right now but I think that could work.

have a nice day
