STB TV error - device in use

My family has been reporting some errors when watching STB channels.  I use the Hauppauge Colossus.  Today I had some time to troubleshoot.  After trying a few basic things (checking drivers, etc), I decided to start rolling back from 19.0.137.  I tried 19.0.136 and I get the same things.  When I tried 19.0.125, everything works again.  I noticed in the release notes that something changed for STB box support.  I can recreate this and send a log if will help. 

The error I am seeing is something about the device being in use, but it is showing idle in the status window.

Do you have more than one Colossus on a computer?  How do they appear in the list of devices (what are their names)?

Yes, I have two. They appear has Hauppauge Colossus Capture 0 and Hauppauge Colossus Capture 1.
