uploading problem

Every time I attempt to upload an MP3 file, the entire file will not upload.  It always starts to playback before the entire file has a chance to load.  Can someone help?

You mean download?

Upload means you are sending the file somewhere. Download means you are receiving the file.

I'm assuming you mean download.

Where are you trying to download from? Are you trying to stream the mp3 or actually download and save it to your hard drive?
