I did the upgrade to 19.0.147 today on my two machines, and now I get "Error with playback, unable to download LAVsplitter. Check network and permissions" whenever I try to play a movie.  I tried both mp4 and mkv formats, same error, both machines.  I saw in a thread back on April 1st 2014 a similar problem that was tracked back to a faulty upgrade server, that was fixed in a couple of days.  Anyone else having this problem since the upgrade?  Anything I can do on this end?  I looked in the Appdata/plugin folder and all the needed files seemed to be there.  There was a LAV47.zip file in the plugin folder that was empty, that looked a little odd.

The download server seems to be perfectly functional.

Are you sure there is not an antivirus or firewall blocking the function?

You can also delete the "lav" folder in the plugin directory to force it to re-try the download from scratch, in case you suspect something went wrong.
