Deleting duplicate files in Library

Kinky:
In MJ14 how can I find and delete duplicate files from the LIBRARY (not REMOVE from playlist).
Also,  I have over 200,000 mp3's on a dedicated network drive with MJ on 4 different computers (laptops, office and house computers) Each one shows a different volume in it's library? With as much as a 30,000 file difference? The Network drive says there are 212K +- on it but running "Auto Import" only produces 196K on 1 and 188K on another 201K on another.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND! HELP
