install on win7 64 bit

Can anyone point me in a direction to go.  I have run media Jukebox 8 on winxp for years and
have put it on windows 7 32 bit and it works fine.  But I tried putting it on windows 7 64 bit; after
clicking on the install file, everything freezes and just sets there. 
amd phenom x2 555 processor
asus M5A97 motherboard with onboard sound
4G DDR3 ram
nvidia GeForce GT 430 video card
