hallo

I have MC installed 2 times. On a HTPC and as a remote on my Laptop.
What is possible:
scroll on my laptop through the HTPC music catalog or Playlist/radiostation.
start a file/ radio station
and listen to the music at the remote site/ HTPC - HiFi.

What I like to do also:
scroll on my laptop through the HTPC music/web-media/"digital concert hall"
select a symphony
and listen to the music at the remote site/ HTPC - HiFi.
I alwasy hear the music on the laptop ;-(

is this possible?
if yes, how?

Pick the "HTPC - Hifi" zone on the laptop.  You might need to check "Show playback zones from the server on the client" in Options > Media Network.

Remote zones appear on the Library Server client.  So you should see a zone named "HTPC - Hifi" on the laptop.

Note that I'm assuming you're using Library Server.

right now I listen to LINN Jazz via HTPC and the HiFi.
I started the radio station on my HTPC remot from my laptop.
Am I right, that means that the zone is right?
but if I start youtube remote I get the sound on my laptop...
did that make sence?
