Can you give us an idea of how "Video only television channel" is defined ?

For example, for many many years, I have had a need for something that time-shifted a live webcast.  These days, almost all live webcasts are done on Youtube (in order to take advantage of Google's servers).

I keep meaning to look for a software product to buy to do this, but have never had the time to research the offerings, it would be very pleasing to be able to use JRiver MC for this (for many reasons, such as remote control support).  Consider it a suggestion.

This addition is only for video capture devices and television tuners (obviously, you probably will not find a TV channel that is video-only).  A web cam with no microphone is something that is closest to this idea.  The addition of this feature is only a by-product of trying to support time-shifting for audio-only television channels (for example radio channels of DVB-T or DVB-S).

Aha.  By "Video Only TV Channels", you mean ones without audio.   

I was thinking more of "audio/video without the TV Broadcast frequency encoding".
