Issue Deleting Files in a Smartlist

Recently, I've noticed that when I delete a file from a Smartlist the list loses its filter and displays every file in my database. If I refresh the list, all files display appropriately filtered.

MC didn't use to do this. Did a bug get introduced at some point?
