Questions about Upgrading to MC20 for Mac?

I'm considering upgrading - and would obviously like to take advantage of the discount if I do - but what can you tell us about the upgrade?  Difficult to decide whether to upgrade or not without some details about what we'll be getting.

The process is mutual -- we take what users ask for and implement it.

I can say that ripping and burning are planned for MC20 Mac.

I put your license code in here:

And it worked.

Have pasted and then manually entered codes for both 18 and 19 and your upgrade will not accept my codes.  Windows version would not accept a paste only a manual entry.  What's going on??
