Can i still do preorder MC20 for mac and windows? I have MC19 for Mac and MC18 for Windows.

I never received an email about an upgrade special price...i'm on the link from above and it shows $18.98...is that the same price that the email gave? Why wouldn't it come to the same address that i normally get my JRiver stuff too (spam folder checked and empty)...
