Questions about Upgrading to MC20 for Mac?

<< < (11/14) > >>

mink70:
Hi, I bought MC19 for Mac on June 11th. Do I still need to pay to upgrade to 20?

Thanks,
Alex

Lonestar:
If I access a WINDOWS PC MC media server from a MAC Media Center client, will they still need to be the same version of media center? If yes, am I still required to buy two upgrades - one MAC and one WINPC?

JimH:
You could try the download to check, but I believe they will currently work.  We sometimes have to change the database format or the protocol, so the safest thing is to run the same version on both sides.

Hi;

I have bought several licenses in the past (once, I was charged twice on my credit card for a single purchase...can you track this?). In any case, I am only now using JRiver on a single computer, a mac mini. At the time a prerelease upgrade was offered, I had started using a CAPS server using windows; I do not use it any more due to inferior audio quality compared to my older mac mini.
Now I have an upgrade code for windows, and I need to use it for mac. Can you change my registration code accordingly?
Also, can you look back during an old license purchase and see where I was charged twice?

Sorry, I could not find any other location to get this message to admin...

Thanks,

Rick

JimH:
I've sent you an e-mail.
