Right click on a Mac
« on: August 02, 2014, 09:10:47 pm »

I can’t make a right click on a Macbook Pro.  The help says that you can.  Is there another way to do this instead of the normal Control click?            rai

If you are using your trackpad than go to System Preferences under the Apple menu.

Choose Trackpad.

Make sure Secondary Click is enabled and that the setting is Click or Tap with two Fingers.

This should provide you with a right click.

Regardless of the trackpad settings, control click should always work.

Thank you for your help.  I still cannot right click with my MacBook Pro with Maverics.  I can using the 2 finger tap but that is the only way.
