Preblem when importing music from NAS

When I try importing music from my Synology NAS it always says that ~600 tracks need to be imported. Every time I repeat the importing process it still stays at 600 tracks. After the import is finished the report says that 0 new tracks have been imported to the library. What could possibly be the problem here?  ?  ?
