Hi

The other night i selected a bunch of movies i have in my library and used the and 'Get TV & Movie Info' to update the move titles.  After I did this, i noticed that some of the artwork for some of the files changed to a very low resolution version (see image).

Can anyone shed some light on why this has occurred, and more importantly, how i can get the artwork to show as per usual?  'Rebuild thumbnail' does not work.

Just to be clear, when clicking on the image you will see that it looks pixelated, this is how the images look in JRiver, not because the image i have uploaded in low res.
