Virtual Client
« on: August 25, 2014, 07:16:06 am »

MC19 has many different ways of setting up, adjusting and just plain tweaking the stream sent to a DLNA renderer.

When I get the energy, I am going to have to deep dive into this to figure out some bad stuff that has cropped up in my system - from who knows where.
What would be REALLY useful would be a virtual client program that does not play the music streamed to it, but displays all the attributes that it has received/  This would be a direct confirmation of what has been sent to a client, in this case a virtual client.
It would also be REALLY great if the server also had a diagnostic window that showed everything that it thinks it is streaming rather than us digging around in and out of settings.
If both of these could print out the results we would have great basis for sharing information or asking for assistance.

Am I the only one?
