ASIO selection is reset on rebooting machine to 1st in the ASIO output list

The list :
1) CREATIVE ASIO
2) SB Audugy5/RX ASIO [96/24] (expected and set in last run)
3) SB Audugy5/RX ASIO

Me have to restore from "CREATIVE ASIO" to "SB Audugy5/RX [96/24] everytime on playing first song after staring the application (since "CREATIVE ASIO" can't play 24/96 sound forced by DSPstudio-> Output Format).
