Track navigation skips to next track

When using resampler from 44.1 to 96 on .cue files, track navigation skips to next track if you choose track position in the middle or more. Please fix it. If you upsample from 44.1 to 48 everything's ok. I don't know why but the fact is.

In the next MC19 and MC20 builds:
Fixed: Seeking in audio files with resampling active could result in a wrong position or skipping to the next file.
