Well those are all playlists in your library.  Remove them if they're not used.

You might want to consider going into your auto-import settings ("Tools > Options > Library and Folders > Configure auto import") and take the tick out of the "Playlists" options for that music folder to prevent more unwanted playlist imports in the future.

I bet they are under "Imported playlists". Come to think of it I used to have tons too, when I was ripping with EAC.
