Video interrupted

Hello.
There is one problem. When i choosing Red October HQ = video so slow and interrupted. This problem I'm having previously to some version of MC19, but then I updated version of MC19 and RED OCTOBER HQ began working normally. But now I use the MC20 and again this problem with video, when I turn on RED OCTOBER HQ.
I have AMD processor (if it matters to you).

Try changing the hardware acceleration setting under video settings.

Try Red October Standard.

I've tried changing the hardware acceleration setting under video settings - nothing changes. Red October Standard operating normally.
The problem is that the Red October HQ works fine in MC 19.0.163. But in the MC20 has a problem with the RO HQ.

No, I did not change MadVR settings
