Upgrade or New Install?

Will MC 19 eventually be able to upgrade to 20? Or will it always need to be a fresh install/configuration?

When you install 20 it should pick up all your settings in 19, it did for me. You could also do a library backup in 19 and use the library restore in 20.

20 is a stand alone version.
