After upgrading to V3.08 there is a problem with the displaying of the cover in the"now playing view" on my iPad 2 with IOS 7.1.2. It is very tiny, see added screenshot.

Same here w/ 8.0.  Thanks for any fix or settting that could be changed!

The problem sems to depend on the resolution of the Display. On an iPad Mini with Retina display everything is okay

Sorry about this, it will be fixed once the iOS8 optimisation release is out.
I intend to submit it for review in a couple of days, almost done.

I had initially planned to release it already but needed to spend more time on the iOS8 compatibility.
Will definitely submit it to the app store tomorrow or the day after.

I have just submitted it to the app store, so might take up to a week.

It's taking some time to get the new version on AppStore. I presume it will be 3.0.9. Do they always take this long to get updates available to users?

Any idea when it will be posted Robert? I really dislike that reduced size album cover in the 'Now Playing' screen!

I understand your frustration.

The app store is really slow, but it usually does not take more than one week. It should have been out now, so I guess
this weekend or monday at the latest.

You are right that the new version is 3.09. It adds iOS8 and iPhone 6 compatibility as well as "Add to playlist" functionailty.
