older MAC ; new user: will MC work.

I have an older mac book pro - approx mid 2008; with snow leopard installed.
Will MC work or crash, or work but not well.
I already have tried other software that failed badly , and I really don't want to spend
$$$$$ for a new computer......

The best thing is to download and install the free trial and see if it meets your needs.  You can download the latest build from this forum using the post "stickied" to the top of this board.  The free trial is 30 days long and is full-featured.  So, see if it works for you as is and make your own choice.

MC will run on OSX 10.6.8 and newer, though Lion (10.7.x) and newer is recommended.

I have a 2007 white MacBook with OSX 10.7.5.
This works well with MC.
