Playing ISO files

Hello,

I am trying to play ISO files in JRiver 20 but the hourglass pointer keeps on flickering and file does not play.

Under Settings In File Types box is checked in ISO and Play Back Method is Automatic.

ISO files used to play flawlessly in JRiver 19.

Possibly a silly question, but are you running AnyDVD HD? Or another decrypter? Are they on their latest versions?
