Hi,

I have read some complaints about product/service so I wanted to say a few positive words about my experiance with Media Jukebox.  This product is Great!  I have been a 7.x user for a long time, and I had recently downloaded the 8.x beta.  It adds most of the features on my "wish list" plus some others I had not thought of yet.

I never needed support until checking out the beta, but now I know that your support is great as well.  I only found a couple problems in 8.x, but within hours of my posting the issues to this group I had feedback and suggestions from the staff, and from others who clearly love the product.  With in a day or two a new beta was released that addressed all the issues.

If this is beta, I can't wait for the production release.
