Are you trying to order the guide by channel names instead of channel numbers?
If that is what you are asking, here is how:
Tools > Options > Television > Advanced > Edit channel list...
Clicking the "Channels" heading causes the list of channels to be sorted, with each click the list is sorted by different ways (by channel number, by channel name, etc). Keep clicking until you find the order that is closest to what you want, then do some manual ordering if you need to. To do manual ordering, select one or a block of channels, and click "Move up" or "Move down" button until the selected channels are at desired position.
When you are satisfied with the order, click "save channel order" button. When you click "Done" button, you maybe asked whether you want to save the channel order, choose Yes.
The next time you go to Theater View guide, the channels are ordered according to your custom ordering.
