Samsung TV - PC Mode

If you're using a Samsung TV, make sure you've got it in PC mode.
 
I do have a question though - it appears as if the PC mode only supports a refresh rate of 60hz - what is the best way of getting JRiver to output all framerates at 60hz?

Enable madVR's Smooth Motion feature if you are going to output everything at 60Hz.
This may require you to reduce your settings since it will now be rendering 60fps.
