Failure to download and failure to install

I attempting to download and installthe newest mp3 encoding file, I am registering a failure. Any suggestion?

If you have the latest version of MJ 8, there is a bug that will be fixed this afternoon.

The bug still exists!!!!! Can't download & install MP3 encoder update!!
