Hi. My first time using JRiver. I've looked in the FAQs but maybe my question is too simple.
My wife plays in a local orchestra. Their concerts are recorded and the sound guy gave her an audio disk (with four audio/CDA files).
Can I use JRiver to copy one of the audio files from the disk and burn it (as an audio/CDA file) onto a second disk?
I think I'm doing it right (checkbox the file, add to Burn list, etc) but when I try it, I get an error message
None of the tracks can be burned.
Common errors include insufficient rights or unsupported file types.
There shouldn't be any copyright or license issue -- the music/score is not copyrighted or anything, and the second disk is going to another person in the orchestra.
Also, I have just one disk drive -- I'm assuming JRiver would pull the file off of Disk 1, then have me swap disks, and then burn file onto Disk 2.
But JRiver doesn't even to seem to get to pulling the file of of Disk 1.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.
Steve
