How Do I?

 I have a problem while playing video High bitrate ( ~ TS , TP format) , I use AMD HD7670M VGA and set high performant for JRiver .
anything is good when play in window mode , but when full screen it alway get delay frame/ audio , motion is slower audio .
with normal/little bit-rate clip playing is fine
