can't activate restore licence for MC 18 for Mac

i have issue with licence restore.

when i input licence - I get a notification that "there is a problem restoring the licence". Details - problem communicating with licence centre.

how to solve it?

I have MC 18 for MAC.
and just today retrieved the code for the version.

i can't open the MJR file - i get a window saying "The application Packageinstaller.app can't be opened - 10810"

When I enter the code - I get the same I wrote in the 1st topic

please advice

Jim:  I am a happy user of JRiver on PC.  I'd like to install it on a Mac.  Will I need to purchase the software again as if buying for the first time?
