I just downloaded 8.0 beta but it won't load! It extracted fine, but when I click on the file, I only get the MJ logo screen and no program. The logo remains frozen on the screen and I have to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to manually close the loading process down.

In order to install 8.0, I had to uninstall 7.2. So now that's gone, and 8.0 won't load. I'm afraid to uninstall 8.0 because then I'll lose my key. Please help! The only reason I installed 8.0 to begin with was because I was told by someone here that the burning function, which crashes every time in 7.2, would work better in 8.0. Now I can't even get the program to load!

What did I spend $25 on?
