Please help!

I am a fairly new user, and I have just started having problems.

I ripped the BD "Blended" and whenever I try to play, I get the above error.  It does not seem to be a Any DVD HD problem, as I somehow got it to play direct from the disk using JRiver.

Same problem here, I ripped Psychedelic Pill by Neil Young but get same error message.  Blu-Ray disc won't play on my computer (using JR20) but plays fine on my Pioneer BDP?

Some help needed here please.
