I am new here, so please be gentle. I have flac files stored on a NAS. Since paying for my version 20, the library cannot find previously stored files. If I rip a new cd, that is found. Exact same file name, folder, drive etc.
Why is this happening, how do I fix this problem without reripping everything?

The message I get when I try to play a file is :"The file could not be found. Check that the filename in the library matches the file name on the disk"
I have checked and the file name matches. In the same folder, I can play anything ripped previous to purchasing the new version.
