Crash on 20.0.50 for Mac

I'm using an iMac with the latest OS and this software is simply unusable for me.
It chrashes all the time, shows two icons after being started, does not recognize the ponoplayer, does not react on a simply mouse click like other software.

I deleted it completely several time and reinstalled, no changes. It even crashed after it started.

So is there any stable version beyond this early alpha version on the roadmap?

We haven't seen a lot of stability problems with recent builds.  Try turning off auto import.  It may be finding a corrupt file.

Is it an older machine?
