Get album artwork to appear on high res files when streaming to Oppo 103

When I stream a compressed file the artwork is there, how can I get the high res files artwork (which shows up fine on river) to show up on my op?

What format is the file and how are you sending it (network, usb)?
Do you know if the artwork is embedded in the file or in a separate file?

Hi files are mostly flac 24/96

I'm not sure about embedding, I can see the album covers fine on mac and iPad , they just don't show on op 103
