Karaoke CD+G ripping & re-authoring

Can anyone point me in a direction for ripping CD+G karaoke discs and burning them? My daughter and her cousins received systems for Christmas and I am trying to make backup discs and make some mix discs for them. Tried several other apps but haven't found one yet that meets my needs yet. Thanks for any leads.
