All tracks repeat when using JRemote App
« on: January 05, 2015, 11:42:38 am »

Hi - I have MC20 on a Windows 7 PC, which I stream to a Naim NAC-N-172XS. I have been trying to use JRemote on an ipad to control Music streamed to the Naim in the living room. When I use MC20 on the PC, all works great and plays fine. When I want to play music via the NAIM using JRemote, the first track plays perfectly, then plays the 2nd track, which then repeats, then plays the 3rd track, which then repeats etc. This is the case whether from a playlist or an Album selection. The 'Repeat track' option is off.

When using the NAIM N Stream App on ipad, there is no problem and all works fine. However, the JRemote App is more comprehensive and I would prefer to resolve the issue with that. I have seen a previous identical issue noted on old forums, but no resolution. Any ideas?

Perhaps a buggy implementation of SetNext on the NAIM.
Right-click on it in the Playing Now tree, choose DLNA controller options and Disable SetNext support.
