Volume Levels Across Tracks

I want to burn a CD from multiple .wav files.

I can't seem to find a tool that allows me to normalize volume across tracks during burning.

In order to avoid volume level variation b/w tracks, I seem to have to equalize each separately.

Is there one tool/button/option to do this?
