avi unassigned
« on: December 27, 2014, 01:35:38 am »

JRiver: I'm trying this fantastic program, in audio nothing to say is excellent, but I have a problem with the video
I entered in the library some files avi "xvid" and one "mjpg", only the latter is recognized in the branch "video \ Home videos", others appear only in the branch "Files \ ... \ unassigned" (and only in detail view).
WHY?
I can not attach examples because they are too big, but if someone wants to analyze them I could put them in a cloud.
Thanks to those who respond, hello and good wishes

Check the fields: Media Type and Media Subtype?  Perhaps the wrong values are assigned...

And check your

Tools->Options->File Types

For correct filetype associations...
