Double entries on pono appear to be a pono firmware bug. If you delete an album on pono and put on another version of same album (say, higher res), pono will show the album twice.

Example: I had some files that wouldn't play properly...we're all garbled... so I replaced that album with diff version, diff res and from diff source files). Voila, the entries for the deleted files still show on pono except now they play! Pmw and windows confirm the deleted files are gone, so the old album entries on the pono must be point to the new files -- and the new album entries, of course, point to the new files too.  And both sets entries will play on pono.....so the entries are pointing to same files. The old entries don't show up in pmw when in pmw looking at the sd card on which the files were placed. Hope that helps with debugging.
