Firewall prevents MJ contact ?

I've just installed MJ 7 on a W2K system, which is networked.  Access to the Internet is through MS ISA server, which includes a firewall.  None of the MJ 7 Internet features work.  

Does MJ 7 use a non-standard port that I need to open on the firewall ?

Does IE work?  MJ will use IE's proxy server settings.
