audio out of synch in theater view

Watching a recorded tv show in theater view has severe audio synch issues with the video however when watching same in display mode doesn't have the issue.  Any ideas?

Does "jumping back" a few seconds in the video resync it?

it does for a couple seconds then reverts back to having synch issues.

I have heard of problems when the frame rate as tagged/stored in MC is wrong (for some reason), perhaps take a look and be sure it is not set to 50fps when it should be 29.97fps, or some other value. In some other posts, Users have said they deleted the entry stored for FPS in MC and the playback improved. You can check in Standard View >Video>files (just right click on the column header and "check" the box next to FPS see the FPS values for each file).

Check that you have VideoClock enabled.
And if you are using Red October HQ, enable the "delay playback" options.

hey guys, have tried all the suggestions but still having this issue including watching live tv.  Again, only happens during theater view as far as i can tell.

Try turning off the option "Crop Edges to remove visual noise ...".
