Shuffle Problem

Shuffle does not work when in the "Now Playing" mode. I distinctly remember it working when I first installed. But sometime during the last 2 wks,it stopped responding. I also tried to get it to work from library view with no success. Does anybody know what's going on? (version 7.2)

Right-click on Playing Now->Reshuffle or Ctrl|PLS|R in Playing Now should reshuffle.

If not, give a shout.
