MC 9.1 Does Not Remember Window Size

Since the first version of 9.1 I have tried out, up to the current one (9.1.271), often when I load the program (loading it manually, loading a file, etc.), the main window will revert back to its smaller size, that of which it was when I first installed the program.

Back with 9.0, I made the window larger once, and it always remembered it.  This seems to be a bug in the new versions.  Anyone else noticing this?  Thanks for any possible help and/or fixes.

Yes, I am noticing this. Sometimes it seems to remember that I want it maximized, and sometimes it doesn't. I haven't been able to detect any pattern to it.
