I just found the reason why Media Jukebox sometimes hangs after resuming play from pause.

My music files reside on a server which is configured to switch off the harddisks after a certain time of inactivity. When I play files from this server with MJ and pause play, MJ will hang if I try to resume play after the server switched off the disk on which the currently played file is.

If I start playing such files from stop mode there is no problem, MJ will just wait a few seconds until the disk is available again. But from pause mode it hangs and I have to close it through the task manager.
