I am no longer able to rip CDs using the LAME MP3 encoder. When "Encode concurrently with ripping" is enabled, I get a pop-up error stating "Unknown error from the encoder". When "Encode concurrently with ripping" is disabled, the status window states "Rip failed".

I tried deleting the lame.exe file from the Plugins folder and the file was downloaded again, but I still get the errors. This has always worked in the past and just stopped working today. I'm not aware of any changes to my system.

I'm running Windows 10. The debug log file is attached.
