Vst Vu-Meter on full screen on detached windows?

today i've installed a good Vst Vu-Meter plugin and i ask if is possible to view the vst output windows on a detached windows (i want to view it on second monitor.

There's no way to detach from DSP Studio, but you can put DSP Studio on the second monitor.

ok, how can i do it?
but the window of single VST plugin is possible to view on full screen?
