Just purchased a Topping VX1 external DAC. Plays like a charm. But I have having very strange problems with it.

First, when I hook the amp to my laptop via USB, the laptop trackpad is rendered unusable. When I use the laptop trackpad with my fingers the pointer on screen jitters rendering it useless. But when I remove the USB it returns to normal. Using an external wireless mouse on the USB has no effect whatsoever.

Second, when I hook the amp to my phone via RCA cables to AUX. My phone goes CRAZY. When I mean crazy, it opens apps randomly and switches between screens etc.

What is going on here??

Do I have a faulty DAC here??
