While ripping CDs I noticed an error in the rip action window: "read track failed parameter is out of range"  Rip failed.  In a frenzy of ripping, I put a new CD in the drive and initiated a new rip.  I discovered the rip process was still trying to rip from the CD with the read track failure.  Now I seem to be stuck in a condition where the rip process wants to keep reading from the problematic CD.   How can I reset the system to forget about the problematic CD and allow me to resume ripping different CDs?
